Manual Creation/development - I've created and written many technical manuals for the Department of Energy.  I also worked 5 years within the employee training realm at the Hanford Reservation.  The Hanford Reservation at that time was comprised of over 18,000 employees, sitewide.  We developed training classes using electronic "learn at your own pace", one-on-one interaction, and also classroom instructor lead settings.  With the exception of the electronic format, most of these classes needed and used training manuals.  We also developed handouts for the students to keep and take home with them.  Let me help you with your technical or training manual development needs.
